The 3 custom made houses are entirely fabricated with wood and were constructed by master carpenters of Chiloe. The frame is composed of Pinewood. Native wood such as Alerce, Canelo, Coigue and Rauli were used in the shingles, roofs, cielings, as well as the interior and exterior walls. The floors are made of varnished eucalyptus. Mineral wool and insulating membranes were used for the floors, roofs and walls. Two of the houses are entirely fitted with double paned windows. The kitchen is equipped with wood stoves for cooking and heating purposes. The meticulously restored doors and windows are, for the most part, recycled from antique houses. The houses are rich in wood carvings, stained glass windows, and mosaics that highlight the custom made details evidenced in this affectionately and warmly constructed space.

The 700m2 of gardens surrounding the houses are irrigated by a semi-automated sprinkler system and are communicated by rock and brick layered walkways. All of the houses as well as common spaces such as the bonfire space, tables, pergolas, grill and rest areas are linked by bridges as well as offer vistas to the mountain landscape from between the forest. A circuit training area, green house, organic vegetable garden, orchards (apple, pears, grapes, cherry, fig, lemon, quince.) There are hundreds of species of flowering and decorative plants. This precious landscape also boasts a large variety of bird species (hawks and condors among others.) Rabbits, foxes, and otter are also abundant.

Of the 3 natural springs that serve as the water source for the lot, two of them are found on-site. Along with the 2 CGE (Chilean Utility Company) electric meters installed the infrastructure also includes a gas powered electric backup generator, natural gas system, biological water filter system, electric gates leading into condominium area, satellite TV, strong cellular telephone signals for all carriers, and Wi-Fi internet connectivity.
