Located in the national reserve 1000 meters above sea level and nestled within Chile’s sclerophyllous (glossy-leaf) native forests with such species as Peumo (Cryptocarya alba), Quillaye (Quillaja saponaria), Canelo (Drimys winteri), Arrayane (Luma apiculata), Litre (Lithraea caustic), Colliguaye (Colliguaya salicifolia) and Bollen (Kageneckia oblonga) among others. In addition to a privileged view of the gullies and ravines of the Cajón del Maipu from within a native forest there are also cycling, trekking and horse trails. Only half an hour away from the property you can enjoy a trip to Pozas del Canelo where the river descends from cordillera leaving 9 waterfalls and their associated depressions all apt for bathing.

There are hundreds of decorative flowers and plant species on this site which form the basis for the abundance of life that is so easily found on the grounds and its surrounding area.

The property is only 20 minutes away from supermarkets, schools, pharmacies, theaters, banks and commercial centers. It is only 40 minutes away from Lagunillas Ski Center. It is also close to sites where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities.
